Leroy, originally from Hong Kong, has many years of business and cultural experience in Hong Kong, the UK, Japan and China.

After graduating with an MBA from London Business School, he joined the senior corporate team at the UK head office of Burmah Castrol (now part of BP), acting as M&A specialist and Strategy Consultant for many business units around the world.

He was later assigned a regional supply chain role based in Hong Kong, and then in the regional Business Information Management team with BP.

Previous roles included CFO of a consumer products company in Japan and Project Director of a listed company in Hong Kong. Leroy was involved in many direct investment projects in Asia. A recent one brought a US media technology into Hong Kong and Japan, where he served as Managing Director.

With his diverse international management experience, Leroy possesses the leadership required to successfully manage a professional service company in China. His vision to invest in automation and processes has resulted in a state-of-the-art system that enhances cross-border collaboration and work efficiency. His insistence on quality promotes a culture for consultants to deliver the best service and results to clients, both in China and overseas.

Already fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese, Leroy is now learning the Shanghai dialect. Leroy played waterpolo at the 1990 Asian Games for the Hong Kong national team. Also, he played volleyball for many years with the Japanese Expat Volleyball Clubs in Hong Kong and Shanghai. His current weekend goal is to improve his golf game.
